Linx Media was honored to collaborate with Expericard and Arsenal Football Club to develop an innovative, interactive DVD campaign aimed at converting prospects into lifelong season ticket holders. Our team was responsible for the end-to-end media experience—crafting the content strategy, building a compelling user interface, and integrating fan-centric touchpoints to extend the journey beyond the screen. The goal: to make each recipient feel like an essential part of Arsenal’s 130+ year legacy.
- Developed a custom DVD interface inviting fans to explore video content, season highlights, and exclusive player features
- Integrated interactive elements allowing users to link from the DVD to web-based forms, fan communities, and ticketing systems—all engagement was fully trackable
- Delivered a personalized experience with each DVD showcasing the recipient’s name on the iconic Arsenal jersey in custom packaging
- Included a special welcome message from the coach and introductions to the season’s new signings to boost emotional connection
A total of 250,000 DVDs were produced and mailed globally, each serving as a direct, tangible invitation into the Arsenal family. The campaign’s impact was extraordinary, with a notable surge in season ticket purchases that exceeded projections. Due to its success, Linx Media was re-engaged to produce the following season’s campaign and expand the program to include Junior Gunners, Arsenal’s youth membership initiative.
For Linx Media, contributing to a project of this caliber was not only an honor—it became a defining moment. The DVD has since become a collector’s item among fans, symbolizing a breakthrough in fan engagement and digital storytelling for football clubs around the world.
