Arsenal Football Club is the world’s 4th largest sports organization and was looking to sell more season tickets and increase fan base renewals. Linx Media produced digital content incorporating videos, rewards programs, online games, and team player messaging which led to tiered membership sales links. The content engaged consumers through an exciting fan loyalty journey highlighting the benefits of being a season tickets holder and driving the purchase decision favorable for Arsenal. Program activation results drew a 22% fan membership increase in renewals. A total of 250,000 optical discs were mailed in personalized digital packaging (Expericard mailer) with the recipients name on the center jersey. The legendary sports team’s marketing group was very satisfied and Linx Media was brought on to work with the UK Agency of Record for a second season and the Junior Gunners Organization.
