Linx began the project by meeting directly with the hospital’s faculty leadership to understand their workflow needs, reporting challenges, and expectations for a centralized dashboard. Through collaborative sessions, the team mapped out how clinical, surgical, and productivity data were currently being managed, identifying key gaps in visibility and usability.

Using this insight, Linx designed and developed a streamlined WebApp that consolidated consult visits, surgical case metrics, and compensation reports into a single, intuitive interface. Every feature—from tabbed navigation to interactive charts—was built to match faculty routines, reduce friction, and increase engagement with the data.

The final product became more than just a reporting tool. Faculty and administrators now use it to track individual and departmental performance, discuss trends in meetings, and align clinical efforts with compensation strategies—making the tool integral to decision-making and collaboration throughout the hospital.
